Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise has been a author, performer and actress in America for the past forty years. She is most famous for her character Ginger Grant (in the 60s television show Gilligan's Island). Her stage work began in the 1950s, with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. In the 1950s she performed as a stage performer in several Broadway shows before gaining her way to national prominence with Li'l Abner's debut in 1957. The singer also released her debut album of music, It's Time For Tina that same year. Louise was first seen on the screen in Hollywood with God's Little Acre, a film released in 1958. She played Griselda who was a character from the movie. She was enrolled at Actors Studio, New York in the same time and was Lee Strasberg's student. Her next unforgettable role was in 1964. She signed with CBS to play Ginger Grant. Louise continued to have a successful professional career balancing Broadway television and Hollywood and portraying somber rather than her glamour-doll image received. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although during the past couple of years she's also earned a name for herself as an accomplished director on various well-known television shows including Supernatural or The 100. Born in Essex August 28th on the 28th of August, 1965. Her family later relocated to Toronto for her early years. After being chosen for the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997. She was there ever from then on.
