Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up gymnastics. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. Then she returned in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she came in third. In summer 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body every year. Ariel loves working out your lower back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to an actual training.
